Victorian Ball Gowns
Ancestral Voices Lecture Series (AV) hosts a talk on Victorian Ball Gowns and Holiday Clothing, featuring clothing collector and historian, Kristiane McKee Maas, who’ll display pieces from her Victorian clothing and memorabilia collection.
Show takes place from 2 to 4pm at Gilroy Library, located at 7387 Rosanna St. Free and open to all adults and teens over the age of 14.

The Garlicky Group of Poets will hold its monthly poetry reading on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 3:30pm in the meeting room of the Gilroy Public Library, located at Rosanna and Sixth streets. Public participation is free and encouraged.

Gavilan Joggers and Striders Running Club meets at 8:15am every Saturday at Christmas Hill Park, near the entrance. Jog two to three miles including short track workout. Beginner joggers and those who would like to compete in running events are welcome.
