Stay tuned: Keesling to host pet show on CMAP

It looks as though pet-friendly television is about to return to
South Valley. Some very talented people in the area have been
working with me to produce a pilot for a new television show, Dr.
Pete’s Petpourri.

Many of you might remember the fun we had for over 11 years talking about pets on a local PBS station. Well now, thanks to the Community Media Access Partnership (CMAP) at Gavilan College and the encouragement and talent of several friends, we’re about to do it all again.

Our first show will be live, and it will air some time in March or April. In it, we’ll look at Newfoundland water dog rescue, chiropractic for animals and talk about pet adoptions. There will also be pet birthday cards and a chance for viewers to call in with questions about their favorite furry friends. Stay tuned. We’re going to have lots of fun!
