Swing And Country Dance Classes
Swing and country dance classes are held every Tuesday at Morgan Hill Grange Hall, 40 East Fourth St. Beginning West Coast Swing lessons start at 7pm and Country two-step lessons at 8pm Drop-ins are welcome, and no partner is needed.
Admission is $3 per class, and the first time is free.

Henry Coe State Park, 9000 E. Dunne Ave., will hold a “Narrow Hike” at 10am. Don Savant leads the way through the Narrows of the East Fork of the Coyote Creek on this strenuous 12-mile hike. Bring lunch, water and wading shoes.

Raffle For Girls’ Softball
Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) and Sports will be selling raffle tickets at Nob Hill, 777 First St. Sales will be held from 3 to 7pm on Fridays; 8am to 5pm on Saturdays; 1 to 5pm on Sundays; and 3 to 7pm on Mondays.
Tickets are $2 each or $5 for 3. Prizes are shopping sprees at Nob Hill in the amounts of $150, $250 and $500.
Proceeds will help pay for the cost of the Gilroy Stanford Cardinals’ softball games. The drawing will be held on May 2. Participants do not need to be present to win.
G.P.A. is a non-profit organization that helps girls keep grades up and play sports. Players are required to keep a minimum grade point average of 2.5. Rather than be kicked off the team if grades slip, girls are encouraged to improve with a tutor that the organization provides.
