Gilroy – It’s win or go home for the last remaining Gilroy team at the Minors (AAA) Tournament of Champions (TOC) Tournament.

The American League Yankees, who suffered their first loss of the double-elimination tournament Monday against San Lorenzo Valley, play tonight for the chance to move on to the title game. Tonight’s game begins at 6pm at the Santa Cruz Little League field, 326 Evergreen St., Santa Cruz.

The Yankees will take on the winner of last night’s game between Salsipuedes and San Juan/Aromas.

A loss tonight means the Yankees finish third in the TOC Tournament. A win earns them a re-match against San Lorenzo Valley in the championship game.

Check back to tomorrow’s Dispatch for a full game report.
