Puthoff’s two-run single with two out in the sixth inning capped the 4-2 Good Ole Boys scoring. Ryan Bright went 3-for-4 and scored three runs for the winners.

Devin Humphrey paced the Beef with three hits and three runs. Dustin Robinson plated three Beefy runs with a double and single. Charles Bautista scored three runs.

Uribe Machining pulled into third place at 3-3 with an 18-14 victory over Animal Health Center.

Uribe collected six consecutive two-out singles in the bottom of the final inning to strike for five runs. Mando Uribe and Tony Murillo each managed a two-run single. Victor Arciniega drove in four Machining runs with a triple and single.

Nick Doubek led the Animal Health Center attack with a double and single, scoring three runs. Jason Felton and Bob Martin each doubled and singled. Chad Jacobson hit a two-run Health Center single.

The Ball Slappers moved to 2-3 in Co-Rec Fall C league play Sunday with a 12-11 rally past Gilroy Chaos at Las Animas.

Jeran Campanella ignited a four-run Slapper rally with a triple. A Sally Hernandez grounder left the Slappers down 11-9. Justin Barroza added an RBI-single before Torres completed the comeback with a two-out, two-run single.

Torres hit for the cycle and Jeff Elliott clubbed a single, double and triple for the winners. Eddie Gamboa and Greg Lucio each stroked a double and two singles for Gilroy Chaos.

Malibu Heat needed a four-run outburst in the fifth inning to outlast the Loco Boys 5-3 in a key Men’s Fall CCC League contest Monday at Christmas Hill Park.

Alex Pena doubled and scored on a Bubba Lara single in the second inning as the Loc Boys (1-4) pulled into a 1-1 tie. Malibu Heat, atop the league with a 6-0 mark, used five consecutive singles to start the fifth inning to produce a 5-1 advantage. Josh Torres, Brian O’Donoghue and Rick Hattaway provided RBI-singles.

O’Donoghue took game batting honors with three hits. Pena, Lara and Jimmy Castaneda each doubled and singled for the Loco Boys.

Cencal Autobody Supplies reached 4-1 with a 13-5 decision over Cali Boyz-SMJ Mechanical.

Simon Acosta doubled and singled to lead Cencal to nine runs in the top of the first inning. Gazad Gill ripped a home run and two singles for the Cali Boyz.

The Bomb Squad erupted for six runs in the top of the seventh inning to outlast Feather Haven Feeds 13-9.

Trailing 8-7 after six, the Bombers used five hits to take a 13-8 lead. Addison Quach capped the comeback with a two-run home run. Cesar Vasquez went 3-for-3 with a sacrifice fly for the winners. Jesse Nunez bagged four hits and John DeCarlo Jr. added two triples to the Feather Haven Feeds offense.

The Dirty Dozen moved into a three-team tie for second place in the Men’s Fall D League softball standings Friday with a 16-7 victory over Blackout Window Tinting at Las Animas Park.

Joel Garcia went 4-for-4 and Art Garcia went 3-for-3 as the Dozen improved to 3-2 with three games remaining in the regular-season schedule.

Daniel Salinas delivered a triple, double and sacrifice fly for the winners. Victor Rodriguez went 4-for-4 for Blackout.

Lozano’s Let Me Hit It reached 3-2 with an 18-12 nod over Trevino Brothers Construction.

Lozano’s snapped a 12-12 tie with six runs in the top of the seventh inning, sparked by a three-run double from Luis Garza and two-run home run by Lawrence Espinoza. Isaiah Gonzalez homered and Greg Gonzalez went 4-for-4 for the winners. Chase Locsin went 4-for-5 and scored two Trevino Brothers Construction runs.

Bangin’ Hard hit the 3-2 mark with a five-run rally in the bottom of the seventh to upend Stop Snitching 17-16. Tim Razo and David Lira each collected four hits for the winners. Adam Salas and Adrian Perez each went 3-for-5 for Stop Snitching.

Los Gigantes handed Team Pipe-Net its first loss in Men’s Fall CC play, a 10-9 setback at Christmas Hill Park Friday.

Mike Montenegro, 3-for-3 for the night, hit a two-run home run with two out in the top of the seventh to snap an 8-8 tie for Los Gigantes. Tommy Chavez hit a double and two singles for 5-2 Pipe-Net.

Team Whaaat also hit 5-1 with a 17-3 win over Pro Electric. Rob Flores went 3-for-3 and James Furtado laced a home run, triple and sacrifice fly for Whaaat. Chendo Acevedo hit a two-run triple for Pro Electric.

The Players are 6-0-1 in Men’s Fall DDD play after an 18-3 victory over SVCC Sons of Thunder Sunday at Las Animas.

Danny Contreras went 3-for-3 and Steve Borgna popped a three-run home run for the Players. Adolfo Tellez went 2-for-3 for the Sons of Thunder.

Ralph Ortiz homered and Richard Luna went 2-for-2 to propel No Soup 4 You past Yerena Trucking 9-7. Julio Zavala homered for the Truckers.

Steven Jeske and Ed Castro each went 4-for-4 as Chris Costello Electric topped VFW Bingo 26-16. Mike Perry homered and Vinnie Randazzo stroked three hits and scored four runs for VFW Bingo.
