The rear door of a residence on the 1900 block of Lilac Lane in
Morgan Hill was broken and about $65,000 to $75,000 worth of
jewelry was stolen, between 6:28 p.m. Thursday and 7:05 a.m.

Possession of less than an ounce of marijuana

Douglas Allen Williams, 18, of Gilroy, 11:45 p.m. Sunday, near County and Bluebell drives.

Under the influence

Steven Patrick Hernandez, 44, of Gilroy, 7:28 p.m. Saturday, near 10th and Chruch streets.

Nicanar Alvarez, 37, of Watsonville, 11:34 a.m. Saturday, near Hecker Pass Highway and Pole Line Road.

Robert Keith Graves, 46, of San Jose, 6:20 p.m. Jan. 12, on the 9600 block of Monterey Highway in San Martin.

April Jessica Zamaripa, 31, of Gilroy, 1:34 a.m. Jan. 12, near Monterey and Sixth streets.

Parole violation

Bobby David Wells, 39, of Hollister, 2:24 p.m. Friday, on the 2700 block of Ferguson Avenue for parole violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Other sheriff’s incidents

Burglary

Tools were stolen from a barn on Pacheco Pass Highway near the CalFire station in Hollister, between 4:15 and 4:20 a.m. Monday.

Vehicle burglary

The window of a locked 2005 blue Toyota Sienna was shattered but nothing was taken from inside, at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 11:15 and 11:45 a.m. Saturday.

The window of a 2006 black Ford Expedition was broken and a purse and electronic equipment were stolen from inside, at Gavilan College, 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd., between 9:45 and 10:45 a.m. Saturday.

Found property

A blue, 18-speed bicycle was found on the 300 block of Roosevelt Avenue in San Martin, 12:25 p.m. Sunday.

Recovered stolen vehicle

A 1994 teal Acura Integra stolen out of Gilroy was found near Watsonville and Burchell roads, 4 a.m. Sunday. The car was missing its hood and front seats and vandalized with gang insignia.

Identity theft

A Gilroy man’s social security number was used to make several purchases from the Matco Tool company, between 12 a.m. Thursday and 10:12 a.m. Saturday.

Residential burglary

The rear door of a residence on the 1900 block of Lilac Lane in Morgan Hill was broken and about $65,000 to $75,000 worth of jewelry was stolen, between 6:28 p.m. Thursday and 7:05 a.m. Friday.

The sliding glass door of a residence on the 15800 block of Oak Glen Avenue in Morgan Hill was broken, between 5:20 and 5:30 a.m. Friday, but it is unknown if anything was stolen.

Vandalism

The tire of a 1990 blue GMC Sierra truck on the 400 block of Vickery Street was punctured, between 9:45 and 9:50 p.m. Thursday. Deputies suspect a 21-year-old Gilroy man.

The window of a 2007 black Chevrolet Tahoe was broken on the 13500 block of Monterey Road in San Martin, between 11 p.m. Jan. 13 and 9 a.m. Thursday, but nothing was taken from inside.
