Daniel Alvarado, 55, of the 600 block of Broadway Street, 2:01
p.m. Friday, at Jack in the Box, 7895 Monterey St., for rape by
force, aggravated sexual assault of a victim under age 14,
continuous sexual abuse of a victim under age 14, lewd or
lascivious acts with a victim under age 14 by use of force or fear,
lewd or lascivious acts on a 14- or 15-year-old by someone who is
at least 10 years older than the victim, and a parole hold.
Petty theft

Wendy Ann Workman, 41, of Santa Cruz, 6:20 p.m. April 16, at Wal-Mart, 7150 Camino Arroyo. She allegedly took $103 worth of items

Driving without a license

Maurice Jones, 23, of the 900 block of Moro Court, 10:14 p.m. Wednesday, at his residence on warrants for driving with a suspended license, driving with expired registration, failing to provide proof of insurance to an officer and failing to have a rear reflector visible at night. Police went to Jones’ residence after he called police to turn in a rifle for destruction.

Trespassing

Roberto Marquez, 29, transient, 5:59 a.m. Thursday, on Eigleberry Street, for entering a noncommercial dwelling without the owner’s permission.

DUI

Andrew Morkes, 24, of the 8100 block of Wayland Lane, 11:29 p.m. Wednesday, on Seventh Street.

Esteban Marquez, 22, of the 1300 block of Third Street, 4:51 p.m. Friday, at Wren Avenue and Mantelli Drive on a warrant.

Arnulfo Huizar, 30, of the 6900 block of Glenview Drive, 2:17 a.m. Sunday, at his residence for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Jose Utrera, 28, of the 6800 block of Princevalle Street, 3:06 a.m. Sunday, at Tenampa Restaurant and Nightclub, 7990 Monterey St., for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.

Drug possession

Carlos Casas, 21, of the 6800 block of Glenview Drive, 7:23 p.m. Friday, at his residence on warrants for possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics.

Laura Vasquez, 21, of the 7900 block of Miller Avenue, 8:18 p.m. Saturday, at Murray Avenue and Polk Court for possession of a controlled substance and on warrants for violation of a protective order, being under the influence of a controlled substance, battery, battery against a significant other and vandalism.

Edwin Regalado, 24, of the 1200 block of Pappani Drive, 11:40 p.m. Saturday, at Fourth and Monterey streets for possession of narcotics.

Esteban Pacheco, 23, of Morgan Hill, 9:25 p.m. Friday, at Eigleberry and 10th streets on warrants for domestic battery and resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer.
