Gilroy High School staff were hard at work Friday, prepping for the athletics department’s 30th annual Crab Cioppino Feed fundraiser Saturday.
Coaches, teachers and staff cracked open crabs and stirred sauces as they readied for scores of guests to show up at Christopher Ranch on Saturday night. The annual event helps raise funds to transport high school teams.
The Feed will be at Christopher Ranch, 305 Bloomfield Ave. Dinner will be from 5:30 p.m. and dancing will follow at 8 p.m.
The all-you-can eat Crab Cioppino, salad and garlic bread is prepared by local celebrity chef Carl Swank and served by coaching staff and volunteers. The Cruzers will provide dance music, and there will be a wide selection of sports memorabilia and other items up for auction.
Tickets are $50 per person and $45 if 10 or more are purchased at once. Tickets are available in the Gilroy High ASB office or at webstores.activenetwork.com/school-software/gilroy_athletics_web. Details: Jack Daley, 848-7178 or [email protected]
