Local bands release CD to support cancer research

Local musicians banded together to join the fight against cancer
by recording Music for Life, a CD of original music they’re selling
to raise money for the cause. The musicians will donate the
proceeds of their CD sales to Relay for Life, which supports cancer
research.

Local bands featured on the CD include Tip of the Top, JJ Hawg, The Fast Lane Band, Five Minutes to Freedom, Brendan Delumpa, Hersheyz Kiss, Hip Shake, Naked in Vegas, Time and Pressure, Frank A. Dicker, Sr., Jessie Consentino, and The Lokust.

CDs cost $10 and can be purchased at:

Relay for Life begins with opening ceremonies at 6 p.m. June 18 at Christmas Hill Park, 7050 Miller Ave., and runs for 24 hours.
