■ No. In fact, forget the “two-tier” plan and skip to the third tier … “self-directed retirement savings plans” just like most of the other Gilroy taxpayers!

■ No. This is insanity. I especially take issue when they aren’t required to invest any of their income into the pension plan, such as with a 401K. And on top of it, they retire early and take on a new second career – in essence earning double income for 10 or more years. How is this fair?

■ Absolutely NOT! That is excessive even with our cost of living in paradise.

■ No, especially since so many of them retired early and have gone on to feed off yet another public trough.

■ NO. Simple retirement schedule: 20 years half pay for retirement, 30 years 3/4 pay and no higher.
