Local theater director extraordinaire John Bisceglie has been busy in San Francisco putting together his latest show, “Rock-N-Roll Reunion,” and 20 of his loyal Gilroy actors will be performing in it.

This is the first winter season Bisceglie, the mastermind behind lavish productions in the garlic city for the past 20 years, has taken a temporary hiatus from directing in Gilroy and focused solely on his work in San Francisco.

“Rock-N-Roll Reunion” features a hit parade of classics from the ’50s and ’60s, complete with dancing, singing and vintage footage celebrating ’50s TV shows, commercials, movies and hilarious pop culture moments that defined an era.

More than 125 youth from ages 5 through 20, including the 20 participants from Gilroy, will perform 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 19, and at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20 at the Palace of Fine Arts Theater, 3301 Lyon Street, San Francisco, CA, 94123.

Admission costs $15 and can be purchased online at http://www.sfcmt.com/now-playing/ or by calling the ticket hotline at 1-800-838-3006. Advanced reservations are recommended.
