Driving with suspended license
– April Zamaripa, 33, 12:44 p.m. July 22, Monterey and 3rd
streets. Zamaripa was pulled over for a minor traffic violation,
then was found to have suspended license and warrants for a
possession of a controlled substance and use of a controlled
substance.
– Marcos Chavarria, 34, at 9:42 p.m. July 22 at First and Santa
Teresa, for driving with a suspended license.

Driving with suspended license

– April Zamaripa, 33, 12:44 p.m. July 22, Monterey and 3rd streets. Zamaripa was pulled over for a minor traffic violation, then was found to have suspended license and warrants for a possession of a controlled substance and use of a controlled substance.

– Marcos Chavarria, 34, at 9:42 p.m. July 22 at First and Santa Teresa, for driving with a suspended license.

– Kevin Donnelly, 30, 10:10 p.m. July 22 at First and Santa Teresa, for driving under the influence of alcohol.

– Bryant Silva, 23, 2:27 p.m. July 23 on the 6000 block of Berrybush Court for driving under the influence.

– Joel Vega, 44, 11:40 p.m. July 23, Tenth Street and Monterey, driving with a suspended license.

– Luis Carmona, 37, 10:24 p.m. July 16, at Fourth and Monterey, for driving with a suspended license and driving without lights.

Possession of a controlled substance

– Evaristo Loa, 57, 11:35 a.m. July 23, at 8th Street, for possession of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer.

– Joseph Kay, 20, 10:26 p.m. July 16, at Luchessa and Princevalle for possession concentrated cannabis.

– Alfred Martinez, 38, 10:54 a.m. July 25, on the 600 block Fairview, had a warrant arrest for possession of narcotics.

– Jason Horta, 39, 11:36 a.m. July 22, on the 600 block of Fairview St., for resisting, delaying or obstructing an emergency technician. Horta was arrested for several warrants: for possession of a controlled substance, use of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Under the influence or possession of controlled substances

– Raymond Nunez, 31, 3:05 p.m. July 20, on the 800 block of El Cerrito, for possession of a controlled substance.

– Jesse Smith, 25, 7:32 p.m. July 20, on the 7000 block of Miller Avenue, for being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, battery on a peace office.

– Alonzo Franklin, 26, 11:40 p.m. July 21, on the 5000 block of Travel Park, for being under the influence of alcohol of a controlled substance.

– Rudy Ramirez, 49, 1:23 p.m. July 22, 8th street and Princevalle, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance.

Driving under the influence

– Don Benton, 43, 8:05 p.m. July 22, at Elgato and Kern, for driving under the influence of alcohol, expired car registration, and possession of an open container.

– Jesus Quijadacarrillo, 34, 8:03 p.m. July 21, on the 6000 block of Chestnut, for driving under the influence, possession of narcotics and driving without a license.

Battery

– Marisa Avila, 26, at 9:01 p.m. July 24, on the 400 block of E. Las Animas Ave., for battery against a spouse and vandalism with damages less than $400.

– David Navarro, 25, 12:44 a.m., July 25 at E. Las Animas Ave., for battery on a former spouse or fiance.

– Joseph Sotomayor, 31, 9 p.m. July 25 at Eigleberry and 7th streets, for battery against a spouse, and violation of protective order.

– Eleazar, Lopez, 28, 3:10 p.m. July 27 at E. 7th Street, for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse and battery against a spouse.

Ebezzlement

– Sandra Casarez, 36, Hollister, 5 p.m., July 19 on the 8000 block of San Ysidro, for felony embezzlement over $400.

Forgery

– Raymond Fernandez, 20, 11:15 p.m. July 20 was arrested for several warrants: theft by forgery, spousal battery, possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance.

Fugitive arrest

– Howard Webber, 47, 10:30 p.m. July 20, First and Westwood drive, for a fugitive felony arrest.

Possession

– Theodore Gonzales, 64, July 21, on the 6000 block of Chestnut, for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and a warrant arrest for soliciting without a license.

Hit and run

– Jose Tenes, 28, 10:24 a.m. July 20, at the 7000 block of Hanna Street, for hit and run, and driving while unlicensed.

Theft

– Erika Martinez, 23, 12:23 p.m. July 23 at Old Gilroy and Alexander, for misdemeanor theft.

– Anthony Garcia, 55, 6 p.m. July 24 at Camino Arroyo and Renz, for petty theft. Garcia also had outstanding warrants for assault with a deadly weapon and attempted robbery.

Trespassing

– Aaron Todd, 21, 8:15 p.m. July 21, for trespassing.
