CHINO HILLS—The Pac-Coast U11 baseball team sits at 2-2 through two days of play in the USSSA World Series.

CHINO HILLS—The Pac-Coast 11U baseball team opened the USSSA World Series tournament with a bang. The Gilroy-based squad went a perfect 2-0 on Tuesday, notching wins over Park Bums and the East Los Angeles Athletics.

Little League: Gilroy stays alive at Western Regionals

TUCSON, ARIZ.—The Gilroy Junior All Stars softball team dropped their Western Regionals opener Thursday, but have rebounded with a vengeance.
Upward Sports flag football and cheer program will host its final sign up and football skill assessment days on July 25 and Aug. 1 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Anchor Point School, 2220 Pacheco Pass Rd. The programs are open to athletes in grades K through 8.
