Harvey was born November 10, 1958 in San Jose and had been a lifelong resident of San Benito County. He is survived by his parents; Rachel Morales and Jose De La Luz Galvan of Hollister; brothers, Rogelio Galvan of Hollister, Jose De La Luz Galvan Jr of Texas, Gilbert Galvan of Willis; sisters, Ruth Rodriguez of Hollister, Maria G. Hernandez of Hollister; children; Anthony Galvan, Martin Galvan, Harvey Galvan Jr, Elena Granado, all of Hollister; nephews, Rogelio Galvan Jr, Adrian Galvan, Fernando Rodriguez Jr, Ben Hernandez, Anthony Shane Galvan, Jose De La Luz Galvan III; nieces, Ann Galvan, Regina C. Rodriguez, Rachel D. Rodriguez, Andrea Hernandez, Ceilna Mendoza, Savannah Galvan; and numerous cousins.
