Bruce J. Hernandez

Passed away in Sacramento at the age of 53. God's angels carried our dad to heaven, after a battle with a lengthy illness. He lived in Hollister most of his life. Our dad was a unique person with a style of his own. He was our dad, he was Papa to his three beautiful grandchildren and he was also our best friend. He went through many trials and tribulations throughout his life. Through his wisdom he has taught us that faith in God and love of family is all we will ever need. Dad loved riding his Harley with the peaceful feeling of the wind upon his face. Dad loved his friends but most of all he loved his FAMILY!!! Through dad's illness we faced many challenges as a family and during these times he has taught us life's most important values, above all FAITH and FAMILY. We were fortunate to spend so much time with our dad in the last few months of his life. We made so many great memories together, times that we never will forget. We thank God for the time he gave us with our dad. We know now that life on earth is only temporary. Beyond this life we will live an eternity together as a FAMILY as ONE!!! Until we meet again, dad, may the arms of the angels carry you home.
