Building futures together

Gilroy—Calling it “shameful” behavior and threatening criminal investigations and civil action, Gilroy’s school chief has warned parents of incoming 9th graders not to lie about home addresses to gain entry to the district’s showcase, $158 million Christopher High School and avoid the much older Gilroy High School.

She conjures him up to help with her writing and sex life—and anything else that pleases her. The ghost revolts and we are off on a fun trip, riding along to see how this all ends.

Tom Bundros laid to rest

Gilroy—Thomas J. Bundros, who served three terms as a Gilroy schools trustee and earned the love and respect of colleagues and constituents for his devotion to family and schools, died Jan. 20 after a years-long battle with cancer and was buried with military honors Wednesday afternoon at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella. He was 67.
