A unique experience awaits as you ramble through an environmentally responsible, operational sand and gravel quarry. The course follows quarry roads, out and back for 5K, and is best described as “off-road” (hard-packed gravel). Join us in this exhilarating run through the quarry and support our local Pet Friends organization.
Walkers (no runners) may bring your favorite four-legged friend (dogs and cats) to join you in the 5K Walk! Animals must be on a leash at all times. No retractable leashes! Leashes must be no longer than 6 feet. Proof of rabies vaccination required.
Stay for the Open House events at the quarry!! Drinks, Hot Dogs, and a Tour! See Ralphie the dog there!
