I wish to encourage your readers to support Karyn Sinunu for Santa Clara County District Attorney in the June primary. She is an extremely well-qualified candidate, who also enjoys the support of outgoing DA George Kennedy. As the Chief Assistant DA she knows the inner workings of that office and can make a smooth transition at the top.
Sinunu enjoys bi-partisan support in her election efforts for this non-partisan office. In addition to Kennedy (a Republican), she has received the endorsement of the Santa Clara County Democratic Party and the South County Democratic Club.
She has made numerous trips to South County and also enjoys the support of state Sen. Elaine Alquist and Gilroy City Councilman Peter Arellano.
