Dear Editor,
I am writing in response to

Time to Act, Save the Trees on Hecker Pass.

I am appalled by the lack of leadership when it comes to the
widening of Hecker Pass. To allow those beautiful trees to be cut
would show how little our Gilroy City Council really cares about
Gilroy, our history and future generations.
Dear Editor,
I am writing in response to “Time to Act, Save the Trees on Hecker Pass.”
I am appalled by the lack of leadership when it comes to the widening of Hecker Pass. To allow those beautiful trees to be cut would show how little our Gilroy City Council really cares about Gilroy, our history and future generations.
Please do not be swayed by the money and politics of a few Gilroyans. They themselves are “old Gilroy” but have forgotten what that means. It is a blessing and a curse to be “old Gilroy” but the few of us that are still here owe it to the future of Gilroy to stand up for what is right. Do not give up … fight the good fight for the future children, for the trees!
