2003, following a brief illness.
Mrs. Jean Dennis passed away in Gilroy, California on Feb. 5, 2003, following a brief illness.
She was the loving wife of the late Dr. Robert Lee Dennis. She is survived by her only son Charles Patrick Morrissey of Gilroy. She was a native of Decatur, Ill. She was 74 years old.
Mrs. Dennis moved to the San Jose in 1966, where for many years she was the office manager of internist Dr. Vernon E. Schulein, at San Jose Medical Center.
She married Dr. Dennis and moved to Gilroy in 1977. Mrs. Dennis enjoyed travel, gardening and reading. She was much loved by her neighbors, friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 12 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Donations to either the Salvation Army or Bellarmine College Preparatory, 850 Elm St., San Jose in her memory will be appreciated.
