Rebekah’s launches new Web site
GILROY – Rebekah Children’s Services will celebrate the launch of its new Web site on Friday. Over the last six months, Zebrus Web Design Studio and Life Designs, a nonprofit organization, created the educational and informative site that presents Rebekah’s work from the perspectives of the children it serves.
The Web site’s URL is www.rcskids.org. It allows the public to find out how to support RCS and even donate online.
Each program is described through the eyes of the children that RCS serves. One section, named “Our Story,” includes the stories of “three heroic teens that have persevered through major hardships and with the assistance provided by RCS, turned their lives around in the right direction,” said Pierre Bombardier of Life Designs.
Another section, “Our Map,” guides visitors through the RCS site from the kids’ words and pictures of the landmarks at Rebekah’s campus.
