Etsuo Ouchida, 65, died Oct. 11, 2003, in San Jose.
He was the dearest husband of Sally Ouchida andbeloved father of Laurie Ouchida.
He was preceeded in death by his father Kazuo Ouchida.
Mr. Ouchida is survived by his mother Toshi Ouchida. He was brother to Tomiye (George) Imokawa, Kazue (Ted) Hashiguchi, Yoshiye Kawamoto; and uncle to three nieces and three nephews.
Friends are invited to attend funeral services Monday at 7:30 p.m. at San Jose Buddhist Church, 640 N. Fifth St., San Jose, CA 95112.
