Tom Harrison Sr. died Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005 at his home after
a brief illness. He was 80 years old.

Mr. Harrison has been a Gilroy resident since 1952. He owned and operated Harrison Tree Service Inc. until retiring in 1986. He was a World War II Army Veteran who loved the outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman he was always respectful of nature and wildlife.
Mr. Harrison is survived by his wife, Elaine Harrison of Gilroy; children, Tom Harrison Jr. of Gilroy and Christine Funk of Hollister; grandchildren, Brett Lee Harrison, Sarah Ann Harrison, Robert Funk, Jacob Funk and Angela Elizabeth Harrison; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by son, Spencer Harrison.
Funeral services will be held at 11am, Friday, Feb. 25, 2005 at Habing Family Funeral Home.
Donations to the American Cancer Society in his memory are preferred and appreciated.
