Suzie Mingus and Robert Vasquez, of Gilroy, exchanged vows Oct. 4 in the Tropical Garden Gazebo of the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.
The bride was excorted down the aisle by her son, Brandon Mingus. Maid of honor was the bride’s daughter, Brandy Mingus, along with Terry Godwin and Lisa Navarrete as bridesmaids. Standing as best man was Tucker Vasquez, the groom’s son. Rich Perez and Frankie Navarette were the groomsmen.
The ceremony was pergormed by the groom’s cousin, Judge Louie Vega, of Bakersfield.
The reception took place immediately after the wedding at the World Mark Trend West in Las Vegas. The weekend festivities ended on Sunday with love and support from all of the family and friends who attended. The couple had a week-long honeymoon in Cancun.
