Beware of Sprint at Costco in Gilroy.
While we were looking for a new cell phone, we decided to look at what Costco had to offer. Once we got there we found that Costco has Sprint phones and the price for the phones after the rebate looked great. A brochure promised 1000 minutes for $40 which is great offer. Another brochure offered a $100 rebate on certain phones. The problem is that the 1000 minute offer is only for SACRAMENTO as I later found out.
I am told that a Sprint “guy” is supposed to be there all the time, yet when we looked for him two times this week the guy has not been there. Why is Sprint displaying brochures for offers that are valid only in Sacramento? Have they not noticed that this is Gilroy and Sacramento is three hours away? This is very misleading.
