Barbara M. Wheeler died on April 18 at the age of 67.
Barbara M. Wheeler died on April 18 at the age of 67. She lived in Gilroy for 30 years before moving to Ripon two years ago. She was a homemaker and loved jewelry, collecting dolls and taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ernest Wheeler; children Sherryl Cernokus of Corralitos, Terrie Silva of Manteca and Alan Wheeler of San Martin; brother Rawleigh Brooks of Oregon; and four grandchildren. A service was held today at 1 p.m. at the Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel.
