The Gilroy Tennis Club Women’s 7.5 Team finished in third place
in Fresno.

GILROY – Pictured are members of the Gilroy Tennis Club Women’s 7.5 Team, which represented the garlic capital and the South San Jose/Monterey area in this year’s Sectional Championships in Fresno on February 21-22. The team, captained by Eileen Obata, placed third in playoffs among all California teams. Members of the team include: Elena Ayala, Kathy Cabassa, Theresa Crowley, Lucy Grisetti, Barbara Hauer, Laura Hill, Ruth Irving, Fe Jangraw, Eileen Obdata, Kay Price, Pat Renella, Brenda Sass, Kathy Tanner, and Chris Wheeler.
