Health Care Center on March 24.
Evelyn H. Owczarzak, 84, passed away peacefully at the Gilroy Health Care Center on March 24.
She was born in Toledo, Ohio on Feb. 13, 1919. Evelyn resided in Gilroy for many years, where she was a member of St. Mary’s Parish and volunteered at the Lord’s Table.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and her daughter, Mary Catherine. She is survived by her two sons, Frank Jr. and his wife Jane and Richard Owczarzak and his wife Bernice; grandsons Grady Owczarzak, Todd Owczarzak and wife Kelly and Thomas Owczarzak and his wife Serena; granddaughters Holly Tiche and husband Sandor, Teresa Singleton and husband Mark and Justine Shaffer.
Evelyn reveled in the joys of her great grandchildren Dirk, Nicholas and Sarah Tiche, Colton and Wyatt Owczarzak and Jaycee and Madison Singleton.
Services will be held Saturday at the Trinity Presbyterian Church in San Jose at 11 a.m.
