GILROY – Former San Benito High School star quarterback Nick Buzzetta is vying for the starting job behind center at Gavilan College this season.
Buzzetta – an All-League high school slinger – provided versatilty for the Baler line-up, using his speed and arm strength. He attended Monterey Peninsula College last year as a freshman, but transferred to Gavilan last spring to play baseball.
