Gilroy – The 2005 Leadership Gilroy class completed a two-day session at Vallombrosa Conference Retreat Center in Menlo Park, participating many teambuilding exercises intended to bring the class together.
The goal of the session was to help classmates build connections, develop cohesiveness, learn from each other, and come together as a team. The class also developed framework for their class project and learned the fundamentals for managing and successfully completing the project. The overnight retreat was made possible by the support and generous contribution from Shapell Industries.
