Raymond “Reese” McCall, 67, died Monday, Jan. 24, 2005, at St. Elizabeth Health Services in Baker City, Ore.
Mr. McCall was born Jan. 23, 1938, in Nampa, Idaho.
He spent most of his adult years in California where he became a firefighter for the Mountain View City Fire Department.
He retired in 1989, and he and his wife Nita left Gilroy for Baker Valley, Ore.
He is survived by daughters, Melinda McCall of Albany, Ore., Machelle Jones of San Jose, Dereesa Smith and her husband Tracy of Walla Walla, Wash., and Corey McCall; son, Paul McCall of Santa Rosa; eight grandchildren, Jason and his wife Stephanie, Brandy and Kendra of Albany, Ore., Shane and Reese of San Jose, TJ, Tiffeny and Cody of Walla Walla, Wash.; and his favorite and first great-grandson, Parker Raymond McCall.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nita and parents William and Eloise McCall.
Services have been held.
