The Good Ole Boys (2-5) shocked the first-place Titans 15-10 in
Men’s E play Tuesday at Las Animas Park.
The Hit Crew turned back Los Gigantes 14-9 to leave both teams at 4-2 atop the Men’s Fall C Softball League standings Monday at Christmas Hill Park.

The Hit Crew expanded an 8-3 lead after six innings with a six-run rally in the top of the seventh. Tyler Maslanka keyed the scoring with a three-run home run.

Eddie Adame went 3-for-4 and Chris Adame homered for the Hit Crew. Lupe Lemus went 2-for-3 with two RBI for Los Gigantes.

O’Neal Roofing raced past DS Builders 19-6 to create a tie at 2-4 for third place.

Clint Miner hit two home runs and Ruben Ramirez and Ralphie Martinez each collected five hits for the Roofers. Justin Nicholson homered for DS Builders.

Kris Puthoff lined a three-run double in the third inning as the Good Ole Boys struck for six runs to take an 8-6 lead. Jim Reimer and Paul Brummit netted RBI-singles in the fifth as the Titans (5-2) responded with three runs for a 9-8 cushion.

The Good Ole Boys regained the lead in the sixth on Brian Stelling’s two-run single, then put the game away with a five-run seventh. Blayne Rose paced the Boys by scoring four runs. Reimer went 4-for-5 for the losers.

Willis Construction outlasted the Dirty Dozen 10-8 Tuesday in a key Men’s CC game.

Luis Gutierrez collected a triple and two singles as Willis continued in fourth place with a 4-2 mark. Dirty Dozen dropped into a tie with Mountain Mike’s Pizza of Gilroy for second place at 4-1. Omar Benitez and Art Naranjo each managed three Dirty Dozen hits.

Abe’s Boys topped Los Chilotes 18-2 in Men’s DD action Tuesday. Emiliano Mendez, Abe Burciega and Ricky Cordova hit home runs for the winners. Jesus Begines went 2-for-2 and scored one Los Chilotes run.

Feather Haven trimmed Team Hair FX 16-14 Tuesday behind a pair of three-run homers from Aaron Parker. Darren Newton, Brandon Elam and Rick Trujillo each mustered three hits for Team Hair FX.

Feather Haven (5-3) clinched a spot in the post-season by edging No Soup 4 You 10-8 Wednesday. Bob Reggiani stroked a triple and single, scoring two Haven runs. Joaquin Chacon went 2-for-2 with a sacrifice fly for No Soup.

Heathen reached 4-2-1 with a 14-3 nod over Anritsu-Burrito Azteca. Tito Flores began a five-RBI night for Heathen with a two-run double in a six-run first frame. John Jimenez doubled and singled for Anritsu.

Leslie Miner and Malena Tarrasco collected three hits apiece as Kalai Kraze topped Station 55-California Silk Screening 16-4 in Women’s Fall League play Wednesday. Felicia Corral managed a double, single and sacrifice fly for Station 55-Cal Silk.

Blackout moved to 7-0 with a 10-6 win over All 4 Seasons Pet Services. Kathy Bennett went 3-for-4 for Blackout. Kelly Cummins went 3-for-4 for All 4 Seasons (3-5). Blackout will open the post-season against All 4 Seasons. Mountain Mike’s will face Kalai Kraze in the second game of Playoff Night.
