The Bike Center moved into second place in the Men’s Fall DD Softball League pennant chase Thursday with a 14-4 victory over Noah at Christmas Hill Park.
Kurt Maltman lined a two-run double, Ben Orduno a two-run triple as the Bikers (3-1) struck for nine runs in the fourth inning. Sam May went 3-for-3 for the winners, Donato Alvarez 3-for-3 for Noah.
Los Chilotes stopped Humboldt Brewing 18-5 to improve to 3-2 in DD action. Benito Landeros and Jesus Enriquez each went 3-for-3 with a sacrifice fly for the winners. Ben Roybal went 3-for-5 for Humboldt Brewing.
Claddagh Brew Crew went to 4-0 in Men’s E play Thursday with a 16-1 nod over the Good Ole Boys. Walter Margetich went 4-for-4 for the Brew Crew. Nathan Mixter tripled and scored the Good Ole Boys run.
David Rose singled and scored on a Jim Lazarus single in the bottom of the sixth inning to give the Titans a 9-8 win over Trevino Brothers Construction. Vince Lee and Jim Reimer each tripled and singled for the Titans. Pascual Cid went 3-for-4 for Trevino Brothers.
Picasso’s rolled past Gilroy Toyota 18-2 as Chris Velador went 4-for-4 and Joe Tovar scored three runs. Johnathan Plank and Leonard Gonzalez scored the Toyota runs.
Just Released outlasted Blackout Window Tinting 9-7 Sunday to reach 3-2 in Co-Rec B play.
Danny Banderas hit two home runs and a single for Just Released. Danny Rubio went 4-for-4 and Chris Wong homered for Blackout.
Gilroy Vet used a 5-for-5 showing by Samantha Strang and a homer from Michael Ambrosio to defeat Team Tapas 17-6 in Co-Rec C action Sunday at Las Animas Park. Blue Torralba and Randy Garcia each mustered three hits for Team Tapas.
Out 2 Play moved to 5-0 with a 23-4 victory over Hi-Energy Networks. Carissa Kozacek went 4-for-4 and Benny Naranjo and Art Naranjo each homered for Out 2 Play. Marco Lopez lined an RBI-single for Hi-Energy.
