Gavilan Golf Course.
GILROY – The Gavilan Niners held their January Ace Day on Jan. 29 at the Gavilan Golf Course.
Ace for the month was Donna Ashmore, Gilroy, net 30. She was also first in the first flight. Second in the first flight was Sylvia McGee, Morgan Hill, net 30. First in the second flight was Lorraine Kirmil, Morgan Hill, net 35, second was Joan Webenbauer, Morgan Hill, net 37. Third was Nina Kimoto, Watsonville, net 40. Low putts for the day went to Teri Swan, Morgan Hill, with 15.
The Gavilan Niners play each Thursday morning at the Gavilan Golf Course in Gilroy. Tee-time is at 9 a.m.
