What a GREAT letter by the “Academic Alliance: ‘Trustees’ in violation of the public trust” in your Friday, March 26 edition. That reflects eloquently what my wife and I are thinking. Kristen Porter’s firing reminds us of heavy handed events along lines of Tianemen Square events in China.
The administrative action has no place in a free nation such as ours. Keep Porter’s firing in the news until justice to the students becomes reality. Thanks!
