Ray Robertson died April 17, 2004, after a six-month battle with
cancer.
A beloved husband, father, grandfather and best friend, Billy Ray Robertson died April 17, 2004, after a six-month battle with cancer.

He was 72.

Born January 7, 1932, in Huntsville, Texas, he was a family man and a good friend to many people.

Mr. Robertson retired at the age of 56 after working at Lockheed for 30 years.

He was a jack-of-all-trades and kept busy building and remodeling houses for himself and others.

He was an intelligent man who had a philosophy that if someone else could do it, he could too. He loved to hunt, fish and go off-road in his Jeep 4X4.

Mr. Robertson is survived by his wife of 54 years, his three children, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 23, 2004, at Johnson’s Funeral Home in Morgan Hill.
