Residential burglary
An unknown suspect(s), between 2 p.m. Feb. 28 and 2 p.m. March 3 on the 7400 block of Furlong Avenue in Gilroy, pried open the locked door of a converted garage and took several tools with an estimated worth of $1,350.
An unknown suspect(s), between 6:50 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 21 on the 2100 block of E. Main Avenue at Coyote Road in Morgan Hill, shattered two side windows and the rear glass door to gain entry and ransacked a bedroom, stealing a few necklaces.
An unknown suspect(s), between 10 a.m. Feb. 17 and 5:45 p.m. Feb. 24 on the 800 block of Llagas Road in Morgan Hill, ransacked a residence and stole $1,650 worth of property.
An unknown suspect(s), between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Feb. 25 on the 13000 block of Monterey Highway in San Martin, forced open an apartment door and stole electronics, a bike and raw meats.
Drugs
David Lawrence Geoni, 49, 2:06 p.m. March 5 on Monterey Highway at Leavesley Road in Gilroy, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Luis Alberto-Mun Abonce, 33, between 2:22 p.m. and 3 p.m. March 2 on the 900 block of San Martin Avenue in San Martin, for possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation.
Warrant
Eric Edward Meza, 36, 10:28 a.m. Feb. 24 on Monterey Highway at Seventh Street in Gilroy, for a no bail parole violation warrant.
Gangs
Eusebio Augustine Cruz 25, and Gerardo Augustine Cruz, 23, 5:05 p.m. March 4 on the 9700 block of Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, for a gang registration violation. The Sureno gang members failed to update their current addresses with the local police department.
