Grand theft
-An unknown suspect(s), between midnight Dec. 1 and 10 a.m. Jan. 23 on the 14000 Marie Court at Center Avenue in San Martin, stole two mini gas motorcycles, two Echo gas leaf blowers and an airless paint sprayer on the property.
Theft by credit card
-An unknown suspect(s), between 8 a.m. Dec. 28 and 8 a.m. Dec. 29 on the 13000 block of Uvas Road at Watsonville Road in Morgan Hill, used the victim’s credit card and completed 13 transactions for a total of $100.
Drugs
-Amber Caroline Haight, 42; Amanda Dawn Luna, 32; and Jedadiah Michael Anderson, 31, between 4:47 p.m. and 5:51 p.m. Jan. 22 on the 6500 block of Chestnut Street in Gilroy, for charges of probation violation, resist/delay an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Haight ran from deputies and was on probation. Luna provided false information, was on probation and had two warrants. Anderson had an out-of-state warrant.
-Justin Joseph Boyle, 32, between 9:23 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. Jan. 22 on Monterey Highway at Day Road in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia and petty theft. Suspect was seen throwing a glass pipe from his possession. Officers located a zip lock bag in wallet containing 1.1 grams of methamphetamine and also found a stolen automobile battery.
-Beatrice Diana Rodriguez, 20, 11:30 a.m. Jan. 20 on the 4300 block of Pacheco Pass in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Daniel Alcaraz-Gil, 26, 8:50 p.m. Jan. 19 on the 7200 block of Monterey Highway in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
-Mark Cesnea, 46, 3:50 p.m. Jan. 18 on Eighth Street at Monterey in Gilroy, for possession of a controlled substance.
Burglary
-An unknown suspect(s), between 8:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on the 10000 block of Pacheco Pass Highway at Casa De Fruta Parkway in Gilroy, stole a 12-pack of beer out of the store worth $17.59.
-An unknown suspect(s), between 8 a.m. Jan. 6 and 3 p.m. Jan. 14 on the 18000 block of Coyote Road in Morgan Hill, entered a residence through the garage and stole various items valued at $8,570.
Residential burglary
-An unknown suspect(s), between 7 a.m. and 7:34 p.m. Jan. 20 on the 900 block of Arizona Circle in Gilroy, broke a kitchen window of a residence and stole $650 worth of property.
-An unknown suspect(s), between 6 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. Jan. 20 on the 10000 block of Ohlone Drive in Gilroy, entered a residence by forcing open a set of French doors and stole $6,400 worth of jewelry.
Drunk in Public
-Yesenia Navarro, 25, between 8:53 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Jan. 24 on the 12000 block of Foothill Avenue in San Martin, for being drunk in public.
