Daniel H. Souza, age 77, of Morgan Hill passed away Saturday, Dec. 14, 2002.
He was a retired pharmacist at Monte Mart Pharmacy. He was a member of the Santa Clara County Pharmacists, Treasurer of St. Vincent DePaul and volunteered at the Morgan Library, Meals on Wheels, the San Jose Tech Museum. He called Bingo at Valley Pines and was very active at St. Catherine Church, doing landscaping and many other things. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Erline L. Souza and a son, Christopher Souza of Morgan Hill and a sister Florence Migues of San Jose.
Friends are invited to an evening vigil service on Tuesday, Dec. 17, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Catherine Church 17400 Peak Ave., Morgan Hill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, at 10 a.m. at the church with entombment to follow at Mission Memorial Park, Seaside.
