one second at the ‘Tumble in the Jungle’.
SAN RAFAEL – Gilroy’s Alyssa Tacci won her third all-around competition Oct. 12 as the Level 4 gymast finished with three first-place marks and one second at the ‘Tumble in the Jungle’.

Tacci, whose claimed three of four all-arounds this year as a member of the Morgan Hill Gymnastics Club, scored first on bars (9.35), beam (9.175), and floor (8.675). Along with a second on vault (9.025), Tacci compiled a 36.225 in the all-around.

In addition, Guilia Seminatore placed fourth in the Level 5 all-around with a 32.95 total. Seminatore was second on vault (7.8), fourth on beam (8.55), fifth on floor (8.2), and sixth on bars (8.4).

Fellow Level 5 gymnast Amanda Suniga finished ninth in the all-around with a 31.2 total. Suniga placed sixth on floor (8.1), seventh on beam (8.05), and ninth on both vault (7.25) and bars (7.8).

Teammate Becca Robson also claimed 13th in the Level 4 all-around.
