Burglary

Cortio Wade, 33, of Oakland, 11:35 p.m. Monday, at Santa Rita County Jail on warrants for second-degree burglary, selling stolen property and forging a driver’s license.

Possession of alcohol in vehicle

Ysvette Sandoval, 20, of Watsonville, 1:29 a.m. March 12, near the intersection of Wren and First streets for not having required lighting and being a minor in possession of alcohol in the vehicle.

Possession of marijuana

Asiya Abdulmalik, 22, of the 7000 block of Eigleberry Street, 12:37 p.m. Monday, at Christmas Hill Park, 7050 Miller Avenue.

Petty theft

Cindie Luna, 46, of the 2000 block of Green Street, 1:45 p.m. Monday, at the Gilroy Police Department, 7301 Hanna St., on warrants for petty theft and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Taking a vehicle without owner’s consent

Jose Chacon, 45, of Eigleberry Street, 3:07 a.m. Monday, near the intersection of Lewis and Chestnut streets on warrants for taking a vehicle without the owner’s permission and selling stolen property.
