CITATIONS

PARTICIPATION IN A CRIMINAL STREET GANG

• A juvenile from Gilroy at midnight Oct. 20 (arrested at Juvenile Hall) for participation in a criminal street gang and shooting at a inhabited dwelling/vehicle.

• Martin Leyva, 34 of Salinas, at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at Monterey County Jail for five counts of buying/receiving stolen motor vehicles.
