With the win, the Mustangs move to 7-4 in the Tri-County Athletic League and 14-9 overall with one contest remaining in the regular season. The triumph also helps the Mustangs’ playoff stock. Seeding for the Central Coast Section playoffs will be announced over the weekend.
Gilroy welcomes league champion Salinas High (22-1, 11-0 TCAL) into Bob Hagen Memorial Gymnasium for the finale Friday, which is also Senior Night.
Game time is slated for 7 p.m.
