Devin Setoguchi, who netted 22 goals for the San Jose Sharks in 2010-11, signed a three-year contract extension, San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced Thursday.
“We feel Devin is an important part of our team and we look forward to him continuing to elevate his game to the level he is capable of,” Wilson said in a press release.
Setoguchi, 24, tied for the team lead with seven postseason goals.
Setoguchi has played in 267 NHL games, all with San Jose, compiling 159 points (84 goals, 75 assists), a plus-20 rating and 89 penalty minutes, according to the release.
The Sharks selected the 6-foot, 200-pound right wing eighth overall in the 2005 draft.
