Mustangs continue league play at North Salinas on Tuesday.
Taylor Slattery had a hat trick, Monique Barragan and Cynthia Sanchez added one goal apiece and the Gilroy High girls soccer team disposed of Everett Alvarez 5-1 in Tri-County Athletic League involvement in Gilroy on Friday.
Slattery’s three tallies gives the sophomore a team-high 10 on the season, while Sanchez is second with six goals, tied with Alex Maldonado.
The Mustangs (6-2-4, 3-0-1 TCAL) continue league play on the road at North Salinas on Tuesday.
