Daniel P. Hegglin died Jan. 13, 2005 at his Morgan Hill home after a long illness.
Born in Chicago Aug. 26, 1941, Mr. Hegglin was a graduate of the Illinois institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering.
He worked in the nuclear power field for many years, traveling the world. Later he worked for an international construction company as a project manager. For enjoyment he liked to hang glide, hike, and spend time with family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Karen; son, Douglas and Kathleen; daughter Suzanne, and Dave Brown; stepdaughters, Melissa and Mark Dean, Rebecca and Tim Pasquinelli, and Sarah and Joe Simon; grandchildren, Eliza, Eric, Evan and Ethan Dean, and Gabriella and Reece Pasquinelli.
There will be a viewing from 9 to 11am, Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005, at Johnson’s Funeral Home in Morgan Hill, and a memorial service at Morgan Hill Bible Church at 12:30pm.
