Tip of the Iceberg – the
Worldwide Clash is Ahead
Dear Editor,
The Muslim mosque proposal in San Martin has stirred up a minor controversy … a tempest in a teapot. The County Board of Supervisors has voiced support insofar as it is no threat to our society in South County. I wonder just where the sandbar is in which their heads have been buried?
Are the board members blind to worldwide problems of Islamic mosques in the countries of England, Germany, France and Spain? In each country, there has been a clash of Muslim culture and the native culture. France banned schoolgirls wearing veils, Germany forced German texts to supplement Muslim texts in their schools, England had three local Muslim youths blow up a train in carrying out the Muslim antagonism to Christian culture and Spain has an age-old antagonism of Catholics against the Muslims, and, at one time, expelled all Muslims from Spain as they were a threat to the Spanish culture and Catholic religion.
Who finances these Muslim mosques, worldwide and in San Martin?
If you follow the money trail, it ultimately leads to Saudi Arabia – oil money. The Watanaba, a Muslim sect, has a goal of expanding the Muslim faith throughout the world.
Please ask yourself the question “Does Saudi Arabia, Iran, or Morocco allow Christian schools and Christian teachings in their countries”? The answer is obvious – NO! Then why should we be so naive? The Muslim mosque in San Martin reminds me of the Trojan Horse of Greek mythology.
Sad to say, but the mosque in San Martin and the mess in Iraq are related to a coming clash of cultures, worldwide, of Islam, Christianity, and Judaism.
In all honesty, peace in the foreseeable future is not in sight.

‘Crackpots’ Will Certainly
Come in November Election
Dear Editor,
Recent letters by James Fennell and David Kaeini that bash liberals, just go to show me that come next election, Independents, Libertarians and Democrats will crush the Republicans once and for all, and it’s about time, too!
You can dislike me all you want, but opinions by Kaeini, Fennell and others are nothing more than lies, contradictions, distortions and a total hypocrite position that doesn’t help anyone.
These people are crackpots.
Jimmy Carter was right when he said the Bush administration is the worst in history. Too bad he got weak and backtracked on his statements. But the Democrats have a stronger field of presidential candidates, and at least their party is united and firm.
The Republicans are the ones who are weaker than you think. There is too much division in their party and scandal! Republicans don’t like poor people, blacks, Hispanics, the middle class or homosexuals!
This is why I don’t think a Republican will win next year’s presidential race! Let’s face it the right wing only cares about the right wing, and not the people in this country.
And as far as crackpots like Kaeini, Fennell, Alan Viarengo, Mark Zappa, James Brescoll, Cynthia Walker and Rush Limbaugh, they are a bunch of losers!
