Dear Editor,
The only option of a person like Dale Morejon is to resort to
lies and misinformation. He who is too coward to answer a question
straight claims I refuse to state any figures, yet in the letter
that began this debate, I stated,
”
Gilroy’s median income is 69 percent that of Palo Alto, yet the
average Gilroy teacher salary is 76 percent.

Dear Editor,
The only option of a person like Dale Morejon is to resort to lies and misinformation. He who is too coward to answer a question straight claims I refuse to state any figures, yet in the letter that began this debate, I stated, “Gilroy’s median income is 69 percent that of Palo Alto, yet the average Gilroy teacher salary is 76 percent.”
And since said letter, Morejon has done nothing but drag the red herring. “More money, more tax” is the chant of the union hacks!
Morejon whines about “an additional $1.3 billion given to transportation.” Dale didn’t “do his homework” (his own term). Said money comes from the gas tax, which voters just recently, and wisely, mandated be spent for roads. They must have failed to read this to Morejon at his last union meeting.
“More Money” Morejon constantly moans about Prop. 98 funding even when it’s clear the current California budget does not violate said law. What an embarrassment to Gilroy teachers, to have such a charlatan as their spokesman.
