FOSMAS booth at Taste of Morgan Hill

The TOMH is a two-day street fair that attracts about 50,000 people, with festivities centering around the entire family. Food and drink booths showcase the many restaurants and wineries in our region, with over 150 fine arts and crafts booths, and downtown businesses display their merchandise. There is on-going entertainment, a Kids Zone featuring hands-on demonstrations, a petting zoo, pony rides, a custom and classic car show, quilt show, and Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. Event details are at http://business.morganhill.org/events/details/taste-of-morgan-hill-165. We’ve had adoptions at each Taste we participated in! If you can help FOSMAS with booth set-up, the event itself, tear-down, please contact Ava Geddes at

Kittens and Cats at Petco-Gilroy and PetsMart-Milpitas
Please visit our permanent adoption centers at Petco-Gilroy, 8767 San Ysidro Avenue, Gilroy (just north of the Outlets, across from Home Depot), or PetsMart-Milpitas, 175 Ranch Drive, Milpitas (McCarthy Ranch Shopping Center near intersection of Routes 880 and 237).  Don’t you need a new fur-buddy or two?  Or, volunteer to help with feeding, cleaning, scooping, and loving the kitties a couple of hours per week.

12th Annual Rummage Sale October 18th – 20th
Our tireless volunteer Kim Capps is again coordinating this event, and needs help with pre-sale staffing Wednesdays through Sundays, Sept. 4th to Oct. 13th, noon to 4:00 PM for accepting donations, sorting, and pricing. She needs help on the actual sale days, too.  If you can help, please contact Kim at

Don’t miss our clearance sale on Sunday from noon to 2:00 PM; that’s our famous $5 Bucket Sale, when you can fill up a kitty litter bucket for only $5 (some exclusions apply). We’ll even provide the buckets.
