Saffarian have joined the medical team.
Saint Louise Regional Hospital is proud to announce obstetrician/ gynecologist Dr. James Watson and urologist Dr. Amir Saffarian have joined the medical team.
“Both physicians’ extensive experience combined with their capacities for compassion and innovation are great assets for our hospital and community. We warmly welcome them to the family,” said Joanne Allen, president and chief executive officer.
Having received specialized training in the latest gynecological minimally invasive surgical procedures, Watson offers services including hysterectomies, myomectomies, pelvic pain, adhesions and endometriosis. He offers all OB/GYN services including well women services and prenatal care.
“I strive for excellence with every patient,” Watson said. “I believe in constantly learning and applying innovative technology while always maintaining a human touch.”
Having experience on both coasts, Dr. Watson completed his residency at the University of Connecticut and attended Ross University Medical School in the West Indies. He completed his undergraduate degree at Marist College in New York.
Saffarian is an expert in the field of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. His services consist of general urological services, which include female urology.
“I am proud to be working with a hospital that is committed to the health and well being of the local community,” Saffarian said proudly. “I really believe being up-to-date on the latest technology and equipment is vital. A Bay Area native, Dr. Saffarian is Board-Certified in Urology. He completed his residency at the University of California at Davis and completed medical school at Ohio State University, College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Saffarian completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Berkeley.
Real estate agent becomes CDPE
Connie Martin, CRS, QSC, e-PRO of EXIT Realty Keystone in Morgan Hill, has recently completed a rigorous course of study to become a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). The class, held in San Jose was offered by the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.

The Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the Salute Awards, which recognize those in our community who show leadership and community spirit. Categories include Man and Woman of the Year, Small and Large Business of the Year, Educator and Student of the Year. Nomination forms can be picked up at the Chamber office or at www.morganhill.org.
